The Role The Role: We're looking for a Director of Technical Product Delivery to lead one of the company's most strategic revenue‑driving product lines. You'll oversee migrations, scalability improvements, and delivery excellence. This is a player‑coach role: lead a senior team while staying hands‑on with architecture, platform decisions, and delivery strategy. What You'll Do: Own and execute the 12‑month roadmap for a revenue‑critical product, balancing business priorities with engineering capacity. Lead complex programs, including customer migrations, product modernisation, and backend scalability initiatives. Mentor and develop Technical Product Delivery Managers, creating a high‑performing delivery culture. Ensure high‑quality, predictable releases while managing risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional coordination. Partner with engineering and product leadership to design scalable, sustainable systems. Who You Are: Experienced working as a TPM at SaaS or product‑led companies, ideally with software development or technical product experience. Previous experience as a software engineer is a plus – you know how to get into the code and make architectural decisions. Skilled at managing multiple streams of work and balancing tactical execution with strategic direction. Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, and scalable SaaS platforms. Experience with analytics, insurance, or data‑driven products is a bonus. People management experience is favourable.
