Fitness Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at Gym 707 in Inner West Rozelle, NSW. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals through motivating and engaging training sessions. This is a permanent part‑time position with a minimum of 10 hours to start, offering flexibility to work around your schedule but we are searching for a core team member that wants this opportunity to evolve into a rewarding part‑time or full‑time career with plenty of growth opportunities. What you’ll be doing Conducting group fitness classes and one‑on‑one training sessions that are engaging, challenging and tailored to individual client needs Actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the Gym 707 community Effectively onboarding new members by guiding them through our offerings, conducting initial assessments, and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported from day one Proactively engaging with prospective members, effectively communicating the value of our services, and contributing to membership sales and retention efforts Providing expert advice and guidance to help members reach their fitness objectives Monitoring member progress and adjusting training plans accordingly Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members Contributing to our social media presence by creating engaging content (e.g., exercise demonstrations, client success stories, tips), interacting with followers, and promoting Gym 707’s services Actively contributing to the overall success and growth of the fitness centre What we’re looking for 2+ years experience as a Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer Relevant fitness qualifications, such as a Certificate III or IV in Fitness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and connect with members Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Current First Aid and CPR certificates & working with children check Passion and enthusiasm for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals Available to work morning, afternoon and some weekends Looking for a full‑time fulfilling career in fitness Female trainers highly encouraged to apply What we offer At Gym 707, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
