Sales and Operations Coach – Anytime Fitness Group Full‑time | Based in Currumbin | Travel required across Brisbane & Coffs Harbour About Us We’re a passionate group of 7 Anytime Fitness clubs across Queensland and the NSW Mid North Coast. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Operations Coach to join our leadership team and help drive our clubs to the next level. The Role As our Sales and Operations Coach, you’ll: Coach and mentor Club Managers to deliver exceptional sales results and member experiences. Be the go‑to expert in sales, process, and performance — setting the standard for excellence. Support lead generation and community engagement to strengthen our local presence. Travel between clubs to provide on‑site training, support, and leadership. What You’ll Bring 4+ years’ sales experience with proven results exceeding KPIs. Strong leadership and coaching ability — you know how to get the best from people. Experience in Anytime Fitness or the fitness industry (preferred). Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail. The ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and execute processes to perfection in a fast‑paced.
