We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Operations Coach to join our leadership team and help drive our clubs to the next level. This role is all about sales mastery, process excellence, and leading from the front to inspire high-performing teams. The Role As a Sales and Operations Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance, consistency, and growth. You will partner closely with Club Managers to strengthen sales performance, elevate operational standards, and cultivate a culture where our BELONG values thrive. This role blends strategy, leadership, and on-the-ground coaching to ensure our clubs deliver outstanding results and exceptional member experiences. Your key responsibilities include: Coach and mentor Club Managers to deliver exceptional sales results and member experiences. Be the go-to expert in sales, process, and performance — setting the standard for excellence. Support lead generation and community engagement to strengthen our local presence. Travel between clubs to provide on-site training, support, and leadership. About You You’re a strategic leader who thrives on helping others succeed. You bring a balance of sales expertise and operational know-how and you lead with passion, accountability, and a people-first mindset. You also bring: 4+ years’ sales experience with proven results exceeding KPIs. Strong leadership and coaching ability — you know how to get the best from people. Experience in Anytime Fitness or the fitness industry (preferred). Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail. The ability to adapt, problem-solve, and execute processes to perfection in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
