What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop the in-house sales team to achieve performance targets and maintain a high standard of customer service. Provide hands‑on management, mentoring, and skill development for team members. Drive a high‑energy, accountable, and values‑aligned culture focused on growth, excellence, and results. Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure efficiency, clarity, and alignment across teams. Sales Operations & Strategic Planning Own the planning and execution of in-house sales activities, resourcing, and workflows in line with business objectives. Analyse and optimise KPIs, metrics, and sales performance reporting. Maintain CRM quality, process consistency, and strong pipeline management across the team. Collaborate closely with the General Manager and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to shape sales strategy and operational direction. Customer Experience & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the customer journey end to end. Develop and implement new processes, SOPs, and improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work with Marketing to strengthen customer communications and engagement. Ensure consistent standards, timely follow‑ups, and seamless handovers between departments. Leadership, Culture & Compliance Champion Rebuild Relief’s values in every interaction. Ensure operational compliance with company standards and processes. Contribute insights, recommendations, and leadership influence across the wider organisation. About You: To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 5+ years’ experience leading and managing a sales team or sales function Proven ability to drive performance, coach teams, and deliver strong results. Strong background in sales operations, process improvement, or operational optimisation. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. High level of CRM proficiency and confidence with reporting and data analysis. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. A passion for creating meaningful customer outcomes.
