As a staff member of our Anytime Fitness Narre Warren club, you will have access to: Training & Development A fun and positive work environment Key responsibilities Assisting Club Manager with the day-to-day running of the club and operations Servicing potential and new members via both phone related follow up and in person club tours Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using the Anytime 9 step sales process Promotion of the club within the community through lead generation activities both within the club and local outreach Driving marketing and advertising campaigns Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day What We’re Looking For Confident communicator with strong customer service and sales skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to meet targets Outgoing personality, you love talking to people and building relationships Interest in health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals Flexibility to work evenings and occasional Saturdays Previous sales or fitness industry experience is a bonus (but not essential) What We Offer Competitive salary + sales incentives Training and development opportunities within a supportive team Be part of a global fitness brand with over 5,000 clubs worldwide A fun, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture Experience/Knowledge/Qualification Australian citizenship or permanent residency required If you’re excited to help shape the future of fitness in your local community while growing both personally and professionally, we want to hear from you Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
