Full time Manager Anytime Fitness Belmore Anytime Fitness Belmore is an existing and successful club looking for a motivated and energetic manager to drive the day‑to‑day operations of the club. You will join a supportive, successful and young team with exceptional knowledge. Training will be provided for the right applicant. Every level applications welcome. What is the focus of the role? You would be responsible for management of the overall financial success of the club, through new member acquisition, existing member retention and all other revenue streams. Achieving monthly KPIs Proactively seeking new membership opportunities Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image in the community Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service. Maintaining a high standard of club presentation and cleanliness. About you Sales experience preferred not required A vibrant personality, where talking to people comes naturally Able to learn new systems quickly Energetic with exceptional customer service and communication skills Experience in building and managing client relationships High sense of integrity, honesty, drive and self‑motivation. A passion for helping people through health and fitness Be professional and well presented A teamplayer able to lead and manage staff Flexibility to work occasional weekends Excellent ability to network and build lasting relationships with members and the community. Experience not required in the fitness or sales industry, training will be provided for the right candidate. What’s in it for you? Base salary plus bonus Ongoing training.
