The Role Riverbar & Kitchen is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our high‑performing team and oversee the full operations of our iconic riverfront venue. Open 7 days a week for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, we champion Australia’s best produce and pair it with playful cocktails, incredible wine and cold beer on tap. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments. The General Manager will be responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, fostering a strong team culture, and delivering commercial success across all areas of the venue. A hands‑on and inspiring leader, the successful candidate will be equally comfortable managing service on the floor, supporting staff development, and handling strategic business functions behind the scenes. With a passion for hospitality, they will lead by example, setting the standard for service, quality, and operational excellence.
