About the Role We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to support our clients across Melbourne. As a Disability Support Worker , you will work independently in the community and within clients’ homes, while also being part of a supportive team that works together to provide the best possible care. Key Responsibilities ✔️ Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities ✔️ Supporting clients with meal preparation and light household tasks ✔️ Facilitating transport to appointments and social engagements ✔️ Encouraging participation in community activities and fostering social connections About You We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, whether you are an experienced support worker or looking to start a meaningful career in disability support.
