Full Time Factory Operator FMCG (Carrara) Immediate start, full‑time, $27.05 p/hr. Location: Carrara, QLD, Australia. Shift: Afternoon & Night. What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation. Inspect products for quality and consistency. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Record production data and report any issues. Who We're Looking For Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred). Strong attention to detail and safety mindset. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet production targets. Great communication and team player. Physically fit (can lift up to 20kg).
