The Benefits Salary $80,000 + Super + Bonus Up to 12% bonus Monday to Friday Day Shift Sydney’s Northern Beaches Would look at people outside the FMCG industry Great company culture The Role The Senior Production Operator is responsible for the day to day activities for Production include the compounding of jobs which occurs in liquids / emulsions, powders, or pre-compile. Responsibilities include: Following the batch sheet instructions for compounding jobs Driving productivity across the team Loading compounding machines Performing the required quality checks and achieving production schedule by working as part of a team Supporting the management team with achieving production targets The Requirements Previous manufacturing or food production experience ideally from an FMCG, Hospitality, Chemical or pharmaceutical industries Ability to drive productivity for team to achieve targets Current forklift licence would be advantageous not essential Ability to handle up to 25kg If you have all the experience outlined above and are looking to work for a global FMCG manufacturer please click 'Apply Now' to forward your resume.
