If you're ready to be at the forefront of this exhilarating evolution, join us and let's redefine the future together.Please note that this is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract with potential to extend.About the roleAs the Testing and Hypercare Manager, you'll orchestrate the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and schedules. Your role encompasses leading and driving functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in encouraging effective communication and collaboration between the technical and operational teams and your ability to effectively connect with cross-functional team members, process owners, and leadership will be important in ensuring the success of our transformation journey.Building and maintaining positive relationships with key collaborators, you'll ensure a clear understanding of business needs and priorities, serving as a liaison between business owners and the program team. Moreover, you'll establish and maintain standards for testing and hypercare artifacts, ensuring consistency and quality.
