At Calacare, we prioritise compassionate, personalised support to enhance the quality of life for the individuals and families we serve. We are seeking a full‑time Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Ballarat, VIC. This is an on‑site role where you will assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, transportation, community access, and domestic responsibilities. You will also support clients in developing life skills, attend appointments, and provide in‑home respite care. Your role will involve building strong, supportive relationships to enhance the well‑being and independence of clients in your care. Experience or skills in personal care and assistance with daily living activities Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships Proficiency in coordinating support services, scheduling tasks, and managing time effectively Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to people of all identities and age groups A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or a related field is highly desirable CPR and First Aid certification required A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required Full comprehensive car insurance required Current working with children check or willingness to obtain one NDIS Workers Screening Check required #J-18808-Ljbffr
