About The Role As the Human Resources Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the school's operational and strategic human resource functions. Reporting to the Principal or a nominated delegate, you will provide advice and coordinate processes to ensure the effective management of human resources within the school. Key Responsibilities Include Contributing to the development and implementation of human resource strategies, processes, and systems to deliver client-focused services. Assisting the Business Manager with the supervision of support staff. Coordinating and administering human resource processes, including recruitment, induction, and staff movements. Providing support and advice on employment conditions, pay, leave, MyHR, contracts, and claims. Monitoring service delivery to ensure compliance with government and departmental policies and standards. About You The following traits would be beneficial: Experience in human resource management or a related field. Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with staff and the school community. Knowledge of government and departmental policies, directives, and standards. Ability to analyse and improve human resource systems and processes.
