What You'll Do Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and well‑presented store environment. Process counter sales and assist customers with pricing and product queries. Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods. Maintain safety processes. Assist with merchandise campaign material. Load and unload trucks, dispatch, and unpack orders and deliveries. Occasional on‑farm deliveries. What You'll Bring Effective verbal communication skills to build solid long‑term customer relationships. Experience working within a sales environment; a passion for agriculture is highly desirable. Availability to work 2–5 days per week. A proactive approach to work and practical organisational skills. Problem‑solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly. Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A current driver’s licence is essential; a forklift ticket is highly advantageous, and you must be willing to obtain one. What You'll Get A competitive hourly salary plus superannuation.
