Job Description
The Role
As a result of a significant project pipeline, AECOM’s Resources and Industry team has upcoming opportunities for Graduate Electrical Engineers to join the team to support the successful completion of a range of projects across the region. Working as part of a dynamic, consulting environment, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of large multidisciplinary projects within the Mining, Industrial, Water and Transport sectors. Our team of industry experts and network of technical specialists will support the development of your technical and project management capabilities, giving you the opportunity to work across all project phases from studies through to detailed engineering and execution. Working across mining, minerals processing, defence, water infrastructure and transport will give you a broad exposure and help build your career. Our Graduate Program
Our Growing Professional Skills (GPS) graduate program is designed to help you bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace. The program is spread across two years, drawing on a range of personal development activities, exposure to other graduates and business leaders, and a range of topics designed to grow your business and professional skills. Along with local site visits, technical seminars, mentoring, and internal and external training, AECOM connects you with leading local and global networks that help you learn, grow, and develop. As an added incentive, your involvement in the GPS program is fully endorsed for those seeking Professional accreditation. If you decide to do additional studies, we will help you examine your options and identify areas of specialization to support you in your career.
Qualifications
Undertaking a relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar. You will need to have graduated before June 2025. Your application requires you to attach your CV, cover letter and academic transcript.
