Are you looking for meaningful, rewarding work where you can: Make a real difference in someone's life Help shape theítica future of young people in your local community Have a great work life balance Residential Youth Workers and Senior Youth workers Safe Places for Children are on the lookout for compassionate, committed Youth Workers to support young people in out of home care who are experiencing vulnerability and need someone to walk alongside them through life's challenges. In this permanent, full-time role , you'll work directly with young people in a 24‑hour care residential setting, helping them build resilience, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. You'll work an average of 5 x 24‑hour shifts per fortnight on a rotating roster – giving you meaningful time off while still making a deep impact. Travel within the North Perth region is required – a work vehicle is provided while on shift.
