Position Profile Senior ICT Field Support Officer Eligibility to Apply To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments). These documents should be complete and ready to attach prior to applying online. Responsibilities Provides high level information technology and communications support and advice to clients. Coordinates day‑to‑day ICT support functions, including task assignment, incident escalation and resolution, and queue management. Develops and maintains the clinical and business information systems to support the operations and strategic information needs of the Region.
