Job Title ICT Field Support Officer – WACHS (Central Office, Western Australia) Position Overview We are recruiting for a permanent or fixed‑term (12 months, with possibility of extension or permanency) ICT Field Support Officer to provide information technology and communications support and advice to clients across the WA Country Health Service network. Responsibilities Configure, install, test, monitor and maintain networks and ICT hardware and software. Provide input into ICT projects in accordance with WACHS Standard Operating Environment, quality management procedures and industry best practice. Deliver end‑user support and advice on technology usage. Eligibility & Conditions Eligibility to Apply : Applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed‑term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments). Other Conditions : WA Health requires applicants to undergo criminal record screening and integrity checks as part of the appointment process. Depending on the role, a working‑with‑children check and a pre‑employment health assessment may also be required. Any adverse information will be considered as part of the appointment process.
