To do this we are embarking on an exciting journey that will transition us to a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, moving from an old, outdated technology (currently RTBS) to a new digitally enabled S/4 HANA and application ecosystem. An effective RTBS is a key enabler to Best Operator, given 30‑60 per cent of our frontline time is spent in the system. To deliver this change we must ensure that we work closely with each of the Product Group’s (PGs) and Functions to modernise how we operate in the system. Consequently, this is not a technology‑led programme; it is business‑led. Where you’ll be working The newly created Modern ERP Implementation Programme team within the Group Finance function will bring together a variety of specialist skillsets to shape our digital future and simplify, automate, modernise and improve our ways of working globally.
