Job description Change Manager – 12-Month Contract (Immediate Start) Location : Ipswich | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH) Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week) considered We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful delivery of two major technology projects: the implementation of new HR systems (Payroll, Timekeeping, HRIS) and a new Asset Management system. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans to support system implementation and business readiness. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to understand risks, opportunities, and levels of readiness across the organisation. Design and execute communication, engagement, and training initiatives to support awareness, capability uplift, and successful adoption. Partner closely with project teams, business units, and HR to ensure change activities align with project milestones and organisational priorities. Support leaders and change champions to effectively guide their teams through transition and embed new ways of working. Monitor adoption, feedback, and progress, managing key artefacts and contributing to continuous improvement while ensuring inclusive, people-centered change practices. Engage directly with field-based staff to bring them on board with corporate system changes and ensure solutions meet operational needs. About You Demonstrated experience delivering change management for technology or systems implementation projects in large, complex environments. Proven ability to engage field-based workers as part of organisational change. Strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
