Assistant Clinical Trials Coordinator

As an assistant Clinical Study Coordinator, you will play a key role in conducting phase (1/2/3) oncology clinical research trials. You will be responsible for ensuring that all trials are executed in strict accordance with study-specific protocols, GCP standards, and organizational guidelines. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining participant safety and the integrity of trial data. You will work closely with a diverse team of doctors, clinical project managers, pharmacists, study coordinators, data managers, sponsor teams, and clinical research associates. About You To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria: A tertiary qualification in biological, medical, life sciences, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in clinical trials, ideally as a Clinical Trials assistant. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders within a multidisciplinary environment. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with a professional, reliable, and punctual approach to work. Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and business needs to meet project deadlines. A commitment to quality, continuous learning, and attention to detail. A high level of ownership and accountability for trial execution, with the initiative to resolve issues and find solutions. A team player who is always willing to support colleagues. A solid understanding of clinical research, ICH GCP guidelines, and the fundamentals of drug development. Experience with clinical assessment techniques (e.g., vital signs, ECG, venipuncture) and laboratory procedures (e.g., blood and urine processing, centrifugation, pipetting) is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with ethics and governance processes and competence in preparing and submitting trial documentation. Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic case report forms, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
