Responsibilities Manage the presentation, offerings, and in‑store experience for the employer's brick‑and‑mortar store in Redmond, WA. Coordinate projects, developing detailed plans to achieve goals and oversee the integration of technical activities. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility. Confer with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Qualifications 3‑4 years of Program Management or Operations experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation. Experience in inventory management and a strong understanding of production processes and quality control. Proficiency in computer software, including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications Strong background in retail and in‑store experiences. Familiarity with techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.
