Senior DevOps Engineer Mable is an online platform connecting Australians seeking disability and aged care support to independent support workers. Since 2014 we have helped our community live the independence they deserve. The Senior DevOps Engineer will leverage strong back‑end expertise in AWS and modern development practices to manage and grow our cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage Mable’s cloud infrastructure, including access, policy standardisation, all cloud components, operations and reliability. Apply industry best‑practice for operationalising our growing cloud infrastructure with up‑to‑date security and compliance to various standards and regulations. Use your knowledge and expertise in scaling our platform to meet current and future demands. Set up an appropriate level of monitoring and alerting to proactively prevent outages. Review, recommend and implement the current infrastructure. Work with engineers, data scientists, product managers and testers to understand our complex environment and provide guidance on shaping our infrastructure. Provide strong reasoning/evidence, articulate and convince stakeholders of changes, and document tasks implemented. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Strong knowledge across AWS Cloud environments. Infrastructure as Code experience with tools like Terraform. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines. Strong container experience. Working knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodology. Experience with Linux operating systems. Knowledge of shell scripting and programming languages like Python or Go.
