The Role Location : Sydney Lead the Charge : Oversee the activation of dynamic, performance‑focused campaigns for some of Australia's most iconic insurance brands, including AAMI, GIO, and Suncorp. Shape Strategy : You’ll be at the centre of the action, crafting effective, creative, and future‑facing implementation plans and media schedules that deliver real business growth. Drive Performance : Dive deep into campaign optimisation, using data to build insightful reports and make recommendations that enhance performance and maximise return on investment. Build Connections : Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients, internal teams, and key media and technology partners, becoming an essential part of our collaborative ecosystem. Mentor & Motivate : Guide and support your team, overseeing their workflow and empowering them to produce best‑in‑class work and achieve their career goals. Ideal Skills and Experience You’ll thrive in this role if you have a great attitude and attention to detail. We’re also looking for: Proven Performer : You have several years of hands‑on experience managing complex, performance‑based campaigns for medium‑to‑large advertisers, with a solid understanding of Search Marketing. Media Savvy : You’re passionate about the ever‑changing media landscape and can confidently articulate current audience insights, trends, and opportunities. Strategic Thinker : With a sharp eye for detail and a problem‑solving mindset, you can proactively identify issues, diagnose performance, and recommend clever solutions. Master Communicator : You excel at building relationships, presenting ideas clearly, and contributing to a supportive, positive team environment. Results‑Driven : You have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding results and can clearly articulate what’s working, why it’s working, and how to make it even better. What We Offer We offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year. We also offer a flexible working environment, paid parental leave, flexible public holidays, birthday leave and early finishes during the summer months.
