We are looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead our business-to-business marketing initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will design and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. B2B Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including email, content, social, and events Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships Oversee content creation, website updates, and thought leadership initiatives Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities Report on marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to leadership Requirements 3‑6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or services Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and demand generation Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment Must be based in Australia with full working rights Nice to Have Experience managing a marketing team Knowledge of ABM (Account‑Based Marketing) strategies Experience with content marketing, SEO, and paid media campaigns Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau What We Offer Fully remote role across Australia Opportunity to lead impactful B2B marketing initiatives Collaborative and innovative team environmentCareer progression into Senior Marketing or Head of Marketing roles Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible working arrangements Location Remote (Australia) Employment Type Full-Time Level Mid–Senior #J-18808-Ljbffr
