Job Overview Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Operators to join our team at a leading Tier 1 mining operation in Gove, Northern Territory. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected site and operate a large, modern fleet. Roster Options Residential: 4 Days, 3 Off, 4 Nights, 5 Off (rotating) FIFO: 4 Days, 4 Nights, 8 Off Shift Length: 12 hours (Day & Night) Duration: 12‑month casual duration with potential for extension Flights: FIFO from Cairns or Darwin (morning flights on R&R days) Equipment You’ll Operate Caterpillar 777 Haul Trucks Caterpillar 992/993 Loaders Caterpillar D11 Dozers Caterpillar 16M Graders Caterpillar 773 Water Carts Caterpillar 854 Wheel Dozers What We’re Looking For Proven experience operating HME in a mining environment Strong exposure to haul trucks and production mining fleet equipment Commitment to safety and teamwork Ability to work rotating rosters and pass PEM/D&A and Spirometry medical testing Why Join Us?
