What You’ll Be Considered For: We’re pipelining for a variety of sales positions that may open in the near future, including: Key Account Management (Off-Trade & On-Trade) Field Sales / Territory Management Sales Leadership What You Might Be Doing: While exact responsibilities will depend on the specific role, you could be: Building and nurturing strong customer relationships in both on‑trade and off‑trade channels Executing brand activation plans and driving visibility and availability of our portfolio Delivering on ambitious volume, value, and market share targets Collaborating with marketing and trade marketing to ensure seamless in‑market execution Identifying opportunities for growth and providing insights that shape commercial strategy What We Look For: Experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverages sales (On‑trade/Off‑trade exposure highly valued) A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a love for building brands Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills Strong commercial acumen with data‑driven decision making Adaptability and energy to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment A passion for premium spirits and the hospitality industry Why Join Campari Group?
