Responsibilities
Lead and support organisation transformation projects(capability framework development, organisational design, operating model build, change management)
Lead selection assessment projects and key account management of selection assessment clients
Manage work allocation and pool of internal and external report writers and debriefers for selection assessment engagements, ensuring quality standards and consistent approaches are implemented
Lead and support executive assessment-for-development projects and key account management of executive assessment for development projects
Contribute to strategic projects where required
What you will possess
Experience in consulting, people solutions, executive search or recruitment
Successful track record in relationship management and understanding client needs
Administration, interpretation and debrief of psychometric assessments for selection or transition
Design and delivery of organisational transformation solutions (i.e., team dynamics, strategy planning, organisational design, operating model build)
Proven assignment and project delivery experience
Data base and systems creation and or management
Experience in people leadership or managing small teams (internal or outsourced resources
Bachelor/Masters' Degree in Psychology
1-2 psychometric assessment accreditations
