Values Family: Family values are at the heart of who we are Integrity: We always try to do what’s right Collaboration: We are one team Curiosity: We’re open minded and want to learn The Opportunity Based at our Talloman location in Hazelmere, this role supports the financial performance of the business by assisting with accurate general ledger management, end‑of‑month processing, forecasting, and reporting. It provides critical financial analysis, oversight of capex, and delivers insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Assist with general ledger tasks, including basic reconciliations and checking entries for accuracy. Support the capital expenditure process by organising meetings, helping prepare documentation, and updating the Capex workbook. Help with monthly end‑of‑month (EOM) tasks, such as updating workbooks, checking subledger data, and preparing simple reports. Prepare routine financial reports and summaries to support the General Manager and operational teams. Assist with preparing monthly forecasts, pricing worksheets, and basic budget‑vs‑actual reports. Compile and share labour, sales, spend, and P&L data to support team decision‑making. Provide support during audits and the preparation of management pack information, including gathering data and drafting simple variance notes. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications, e.g., Bachelor of Accounting. At least 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills. High level of self‑motivation. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills. Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
