The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the Denza brand in Hobart. This is a rare opportunity to join a progressive company at the forefront of the EV revolution. Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets. Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Denza's premium brand values. Implement innovative sales strategies to grow market share. Manage stock, pricing, and promotional activities. Collaborate with senior management to execute business plans. About You Proven experience in automotive sales leadership (EV experience highly regarded). Strong business acumen and ability to achieve KPIs. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Passion for customer service and team development.
