You bring: Minimum 6 months experience in Disability or Aged Care Calm, empathetic approach and strong professional boundaries Flexibility to accept a variety of shifts, including short notice Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar (highly regarded) Where You’ll Work We are actively filling shifts in:Coolangatta, Currumbin, Elanora, Palm Beach, Tallebudgera, Tugun – and surrounding areas. What You’ll Need NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Completion of NDIS ‘Quality, Safety and You’ module Open QLD Driver’s Licence Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance Current First Aid & CPR certification Smartphone with data Police clearance to work with vulnerable people Ready to Make a Difference?
