About the Role Work side-by-side with our frontline teams across NSW, driving initiatives, supporting best practice, and inspiring a strong, positive safety culture that ensures everyone goes home safe, every day. Key Responsibilities Include: Implement HSEQ Strategy in NSW Provide safety & WHS training Conduct site visits Lead toolbox talks Carry out risk assessments Investigate incidents About You You lead by example in a safety-first culture A Cert IV in WHS is essential A driver's licence is essential (manual or auto) At least 2 years' experience within a similar role Sound knowledge and experience in WHS and safe systems of work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Applications from current team members will be highly regarded and will be prioritised.
