Field Sales Support – Macquarie Park Join St John NSW and help make workplaces safer across the community. St John NSW is seeking a Field Sales Support professional to join our Sales & Service team at our Macquarie Park offices. In this pivotal role, you will provide customer and team support to our 15 Field Representatives, who service our extensive customer portfolio by re‑stocking and maintaining First Aid equipment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring prompt responses and supporting our field team by actioning their requests quickly and accurately. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll help deliver excellent service outcomes for both our customers and St John NSW. At St John NSW, our purpose is to create a safer and healthier community where everyone is ready to respond to a healthcare crisis. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems. Handle inbound calls relating to client support, service jobs, customer orders, and urgent requests. Schedule appointments for Field Representatives. Process purchase orders, quotes, and service requests. Maintain accurate customer account data, including set‑ups, updates, and applications. Provide client reporting support (e.g. service history and current schedules). Collaborate with our field team and corporate clients to support safe work environments. About You 2–3 years’ experience in an administration or customer support role within a Sales team. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Team‑oriented with strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general computer applications. Able to work effectively across both commercial and not‑for‑profit environments.
