Location: Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth/Aderlaide Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid Field Sales Executive. They are the primary, client‑facing representative of the company and are crucial for building long‑term relationships and closing deals that often require in‑depth personal interaction. Key Responsibilities Visiting restaurants and retail stores to collect contact details and customer requirements. Present Taptouch products, identify and explore business opportunities independently. Identify store decision‑makers to build trust and schedule meetings. Perform product demonstrations, discuss needs, and provide tailored solutions. Track opportunities and close sales to meet company targets. Ensure closed deals are managed through the installation process till completion. Requirements Industry Experience Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry, with a comprehensive understanding of front and back‑of‑house operations and extensive experience with POS systems. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Marketing, or a related field. Skills Excellent communication skills, customer‑oriented, goal‑driven, self‑motivated, and a strong executor. Team player. Proficient in using computers, tablets, and collaboration software. Others Access to a car and a valid driver’s license. Must have a valid work visa with at least two years of validity.
