Field Sales Account Executive – Brisbane Join Square’s field sales organization as a Territory Account Executive focused on restaurants, retailers, and service‑based businesses in the Brisbane market. You will build a local presence, generate new sales leads, and close complex deals. About Square Since 2009, Square has enabled anyone to take payments and never miss a sale. We provide integrated, omnichannel solutions, financial services tools at the point of sale, and more to help merchants grow. Key Responsibilities Sell in person 80% of the time, performing discovery, demos, and closing deals. Build a sustainable pipeline with 50–60 drop‑ins per week and generate referrals. Partner with onboarding, account management, and customer support to ensure successful implementation. Develop a deep understanding of the restaurant, retail, and services verticals. Achieve monthly sales goals and track activity in Salesforce. Use your on‑hand demo and onboarding skills for Square hardware and software solutions. Build and maintain local partner referrals. Qualifications 3+ years in full‑cycle field sales, consistently exceeding targets. Experience closing complex deals in a diverse ecosystem of products. Business‑development mindset with hunting and cold‑calling experience. Reliable transportation and residency in the Brisbane market. Collaborative and team‑player attitude. Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent. 2+ years in payment processing or related technology (e.g., payroll, loyalty). 1+ year selling to restaurants, retailers, or services businesses.
