Position Summary Governing the technical discovery, design, and execution of a project to ensure projects are developed according to best practice in an efficient and profitable manner. Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions. Technology consulting, defining solutions architecture and architectural frameworks for complex enterprise-scale Sitecore and WCM solutions. Identifying and recording risks, issues, actions dependencies and decisions (RAID) for projects including communication and execution of planned mitigation steps and raising to Project Manager. Documenting system architecture and technical designs. Lead and perform difficult development tasks such as complex integrations. Mandatory Skills Strong technical experience in architect, design, and development of multi-country/multilingual web application using Sitecore, C#, MVC.NET, Web API, Web Services, ReactJS, Vue JS, jQuery. Strong knowledge of Sitecore MVC, XM Cloud and related modules. Experience in Sitecore migration and other CMS migration. Setting up build and deployment pipelines and scripts in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Octopus, TFS Build, Bamboo. Strong technical experience in Sitecore Digital Management such as personalization, Sitecore Analytics, Email Experience Manager, Campaigns. Third‑party integration like Salesforce, Gigya, GTM, LDAP, SOLR, Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, Active Directory. Experience in cloud platform such as Azure, AWS and Vercel. Experience with Enterprise releases. Duties and Responsibilities Drive overall application design and architecture, functional and nonfunctional requirements such as performance tuning, scaling, capacity management, archiving. Gather business requirements and architect solutions based on those requirements. Assist Project and Account Managers in relaying technical complexity to customers in a non‑technical manner. Collaborate with project managers, experience design, solution architects, technical leads, and clients. Work with the Technical Director and Project Managers to maximize the efficiency, quality, and utilization of all delivery teams. Design and develop software solutions to solve complicated problems through the application of design patterns and principles. Prioritize work, control development process, execute periodic code reviews to evaluate the produced code against quality standards.
