This is a chance for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a well-established organisation that’s experiencing steady growth and investing heavily in its finance capability. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, clear communication and continuous improvement. If you enjoy variety, ownership and being trusted with meaningful responsibilities across a multi-entity environment, this role offers a perfect blend of stability and challenge. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all month end and quarterly duties Processing and reconciling journals and accounts Maintaining fixed asset registers Managing accounts receivable billing Preparing invoices for management fees and recharges Handling month end and quarterly payroll tasks, including PAYG, Superannuation and Payroll Tax across several entities Completing quarterly and bi-monthly long service leave processing Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations Coordinating monthly recharges and intercompany cost transfers Preparing monthly financial reporting for board and director entities Managing monthly and quarterly BAS lodgements Supporting the Financial Controller and wider group with ad hoc requirements What you’ll bring: Strong technical accounting skills CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification Broad, hands‑on experience across financial and management accounting A proactive and organised approach Confidence working across multiple entities Solid communication and stakeholder engagement capability This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being part of a stable, well‑structured finance function What's on offer Hybrid working arrangements - 1 day per week and on‑site parking available Hands‑on, varied role with exposure to all aspects of finance and operations Supportive leadership, inclusive and collaborative team 14-month Maternity Leave Contract, ideally to commence before Christmas How to Apply To apply online please click on the apply link and send your resume in WORD format.
