Central Advice Team – Peer Reviewer

WT Financial Group Limited is a listed financial services group, delivering services through a national advice network of self‑employed financial advisers operating within one of four groups: Wealth Today, Sentry, Synchron and Millennium3. WT Financial Group is seeking a motivated professional to join our Central Advice Team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in financial advice, paraplanning, compliance or advice review who are looking to expand their technical and regulatory expertise within a forward‑looking, adviser‑facing risk management and compliance environment. About the Role You will join a national team of 10+ specialists supporting advisers across a broad range of strategies and client scenarios. The position combines advice file review, technical guidance and contribution to the licensee’s risk management framework. Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving capability and a commitment to quality advice delivery are essential. Key Responsibilities Conduct peer reviews of advice files using WT’s AI‑enabled tools and workflow management systems Provide technical and strategy support across superannuation, insurance, investments, retirement, SMSFs and gearing Assist in implementing and enhancing the licensee’s risk management framework Offer timely, practical guidance to advisers to improve advice quality and compliance Participate in team training, technical sessions and continuous improvement initiatives What You Will Gain Exposure to a high volume and variety of SoAs and RoAs, building strong technical capability Regular interaction with advisers, strengthening your commercial and compliance insight Deep understanding of core legislative obligations including s961B, s961G, s961J and s947D, supported by WT’s policy suite Structured professional development within a supportive team focused on continuous learning What We’re Looking For Experience in financial advice, paraplanning, advice review or AFSL compliance Strong product, strategy and regulatory knowledge Excellent written communication and sound judgement Professionalism, reliability and a service‑oriented approach Ability to work in office from Perth, Sydney or Melbourne How to Apply Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.
