Our client is an energy company engaged in LNG and domestic gas businesses, operating a joint venture and project. This position will play a key role in managing daily commercial operations and supporting strategic and financial planning for their LNG and gas assets. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to support LNG, Domestic Gas, and ACCU operations. This role is ideal for a professional with several years of experience in the energy or resources sector who is ready to take the next step in their commercial career. Key Responsibilities Manage daily LNG, Domestic Gas, and ACCU implementation and related transactions Coordinate with buyers and partners on lifting agreements, tolling fees, and surplus cargo Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including financial summaries and revenue forecasts Conduct variance analysis and maintain economic models and IRR forecasts Support annual business planning, budgeting, and ADP (Annual Development Plan) preparation Liaise with shareholders and JV partners for approvals and documentation Skills & Experience 3+ years' experience in a commercial, financial, or asset management role within the energy, gas, or resources industry. Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and JV operations. Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling. Strong coordination and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in a Japanese business environment is a plus.
