Senior Marketer – Scout Talent Location: Brisbane, QLD, Australia. Full‑time, senior marketing position in a fast‑growing SaaS company. Scout Talent helps organisations attract, hire and retain great people through a combination of recruitment marketing services and powerful recruitment software. We’re expanding across Australia, New Zealand and North America and are pushing the boundaries of AI‑driven recruitment. Overview This is a strategic and executional role. Ideal for a mid‑to‑senior marketer ready to grow while continuing to work hands‑on across campaigns, channels and content. You’ll lead strategy and still craft campaigns that convert. Responsibilities Develop and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads for our ATS software and recruitment marketing services. Partner with Sales to align messaging, campaign strategy and conversion tactics. Create compelling content including thought leadership, case studies, social media and video. Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta with a focus on ROI. Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and guide decisions. Collaborate with Product Marketing to support launches and customer communication. Test and implement new AI tools to improve efficiency, targeting and results. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field. 4–5 years’ experience in B2B, SaaS or recruitment marketing. Strong proficiency with HubSpot. Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable results. Excellent writing skills – able to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Confidence with data and a strong grasp of relevant performance metrics. Experience with SEO, CRO and website optimisation. Interest in experimenting with AI tools to streamline workflow and enhance impact. Self‑starter with the ability to mentor others and a knack for end‑to‑end campaign ownership.
