Scout Talent is looking for a full time Senior Marketer based in Brisbane, QLD. This is a strategic and executional role, ideal for a mid to senior marketer ready to grow while continuing to work hands-on across campaigns, channels and content. Responsibilities Developing and executing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our ATS software and recruitment marketing services Partnering with Sales to align messaging, campaign strategy and conversion tactics Creating compelling content including thought leadership, case studies, social media and video Managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta with a focus on ROI Using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and guide decisions Collaborating with Product Marketing to support launches and customer communication Testing and implementing new AI tools to improve efficiency, targeting and results The DNA We’re Looking For To qualify, you will need a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field. A minimum of four to five years’ experience in B2B, SaaS or recruitment marketing will also be essential. Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued: Strong proficiency with HubSpot Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results Excellent writing skills — you can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content Confidence with data and a strong grasp of relevant performance metrics Experience with SEO, CRO and website optimisation Interest in experimenting with AI tools to streamline workflow and enhance impact As our ideal candidate, you're a self-starter with a knack for mentoring others, even if you haven’t formally led a team yet. You’ve likely owned end to end campaigns, shaped messaging and enjoy connecting creative, commercial and technical thinking.
