Principal Consultant

with a passion for designing and facilitating transformative leadership solutions. Someone who is interested in and invested in growing the impact of our business.Here's what you'll do:Create Innovative Leadership Solutions : Build cutting-edge, differentiated, and commercially astute solutions that deliver outcomes tailored to our clients’ needs. Own the design and build of these solutions end-to-end – from concept to delivery.Deliver High-Impact Leadership Development : Facilitate leadership development experiences across all levels of leadership, working into a broader team. These experiences span our core offering set, from multi-level core leadership programs and transformational leadership experiences across 6–12 months, through to leadership teaming sessions and masterclass series. These experiences are all highly immersive, delivered both face-to-face and virtually.Build Strong Client Partnerships : Own client engagements as a project lead, ensuring programs of work deliver on client outcomes and budget. Build and nurture client relationships by creating and delivering impactful solutions that unlock new opportunities within accounts.Contribute to Revenue Growth : Leverage your subject matter expertise to design compelling solutions for proposals, bids, and RFPs, collaborating and working alongside Portfolio Directors and Project Sponsors.About You:Five plus years:

Experience in a market-facing consulting role (with business development/account growth, solution design and facilitation).Exceptional solution design and facilitation skills:

Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful and commercially sharp solutions that drive client outcomes.Client-centric:

Obsessed with understanding client needs and outcomes, designing and delivering solutions that deliver tangible results.Ambitious and resilient:
