Industrial Relations Partner, North Sydney NSW (Maternity Leave Contract) Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners About Your Role Join our Workplace Relations Team as an Industrial Relations Business Partner on a 12‑month contract. Your role involves providing strategic advice, guidance and operational expertise on Industrial Relations across Australia, leading all stages of Enterprise Bargaining. Key Responsibilities Leading the planning, negotiation and administration of bargaining for specific enterprise agreements. Conducting compliance assessments to ensure BOOT and industrial instrument compliance. Effective stakeholder management in complex, dynamic environments, including unions. Communicating with employees, management and external partners to promote a culture of compliance and positive workplace relations. Site‑level management of industrial disputation. Ensuring compliance with all relevant workplace relations legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and National Employment Standards. Ideal Candidate At least 7 years’ direct experience in enterprise bargaining. Experience dealing with unions, ideally in manufacturing or construction. Proficient in interpreting and complying with the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and enterprise agreements. Collaborative, flexible and efficient way of working. Tertiary qualifications in law or HR (preferred).
