Base Pay Range A$125,693.00/yr - A$138,510.00/yr Role Overview As the Senior Advisor, Industrial Relations , you will provide strategic advice on industrial relations issues to support decision-making and workforce management within the NSW public sector. You will develop policies, interpret industrial instruments, resolve disputes, and represent the Department in forums and tribunals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement industrial relations strategies aligned with government priorities. Represent the Department in tribunals and forums. Provide expert advice on industrial relations matters. Qualifications and Skills Deep knowledge of workplace legislation, awards, and agreements.
