About the Role We are seeking an experienced ER + IR Advisor to join our People and Culture team on a 2‑year fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will manage the ER/IR portfolio, providing expert advice and guidance across complex cases, workplace investigations, and industrial relations matters. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing frameworks that support both our Corporate Strategy and People and Culture plan. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ER/IR policies, procedures, templates, and frameworks. Manage complex grievance issues including discrimination, harassment, and workplace bullying. Conduct workplace investigations and prepare factual reports with recommendations. Advise People Leaders on performance management and disciplinary outcomes. Brief legal advisors and represent TMBL at tribunals and commissions as required. Participate in enterprise bargaining processes. Review and update employment contracts and associated documentation. Support preparation of Board reporting on ER/IR issues and outcomes. About You Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, ER/IR, or Workplace Law. Strong knowledge of industrial law, enterprise agreements, and the Fair Work Act. Proven experience managing complex ER/IR cases and workplace investigations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance values‑based principles with commercial outcomes. What We Offer 2‑year fixed‑term contract.
