Mid-Level C# Developer Grow Into a Future Tech Lead | SaaS Product | Norwest Sydney Are you a strong C# developer ready for more ownership, bigger problems to solve and a genuine pathway into technical leadership? We are hiring a full-time Mid-Level C# / .NET Developer for a growing SaaS company based in Sydney Norwest . The engineering team is still small, which means your ideas matter, your impact will be visible and you will have the room to step into a Tech Lead-style role over time. If you want to be more than “just a developer” and play a key part in shaping a real product, this is the opportunity. What You Will Work On Building and enhancing core platform features using C#, .NET Core and REST APIs Working across cloud-native components in Azure (Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Azure SQL) Contributing to architectural discussions and helping modernise the codebase Working with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular (experience desirable, not required) Improving CI/CD pipelines, code quality and engineering best practices Solving real product problems that impact thousands of users Taking on more ownership, responsibility and decision-making as you grow What We Are Looking For Strong experience with C#, .NET Core and REST API development Exposure to Azure cloud services such as Functions, Service Bus, SQL and App Services Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals Experience with React, Angular or TypeScript is a bonus Some exposure to mentoring, guiding juniors or contributing to team practices A growth mindset and the desire to step into more responsibility Someone who is excited by the idea of becoming a future Tech Lead You do not need to have led a team before.
