Based on Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches, we’ve been walking alongside families for over 30 years, offering compassionate, personalised support that evolves with each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a wonderful team of dynamic, experienced, and supportive therapists and be critical to the delivery of operational activities at OTHC. In this role, you'll support a small team of Occupational Therapists, helping them build their clinical skills and confidence while fostering a positive, connected team culture. You’ll work closely with our experienced Manager of Therapy Services, CEO and Practice Manager, who will support you in your leadership journey. Key Responsibilities The Team Leader position will play an active role in the following : Lead and support a small team of occupational therapists Ensure that the quality of clinical services is maintained at an exceptional standard Contribute to the implementation of OTHC’s business and strategic planning Support engagement with local communities to build brand awareness Contribute to service operations through policy development, process improvement, and project management activities. Contributes to marketing activities at OTHC. About you We’re looking for a passionate and purposeful team leader to join our strong and supportive management team.
