Our Corporate team help clients navigate through all aspects of its commercial ventures, including public and private M&A transactions, Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Corporate Governance, Private Equity, foreign investment, and venture capital transactions. Our Partners specialise in a wide range of projects and transactions in the mining, petroleum and energy sectors; financial services; media; transport; wine and other beverages; building products; and consumer products.Our Corporate team acts as a trusted advisor to ASX-listed and multi-national corporations, Private Equity firms, funds managers, leading overseas law firms, issuers and underwriters, and start-ups.About the RoleAn opportunity exists for a Corporate Senior Associate to join our Adelaide office. This role will see you take the lead on high-profile corporate transactions including drafting, reviewing and negotiating core transaction documents; undertaking due diligence reviews and managing specialist teams' delivery of advice; performing legal research on complex issues; and receiving on-the-job training and mentoring from some of Australia's leading specialists within the corporate sector.This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, energetic, and commercially-minded lawyer to play a meaningful role in interesting and complex commercial transactions.About YouYou obviously have plenty of technical aptitude and previous relevant experience, but there is much more to you.
