About the Role: We are actively seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our team, serving residents within aged care facilities in and around NSW. This presents a unique opportunity for you to contribute meaningfully through purpose‑driven work, with the added bonus of an outstanding work‑life balance. Supported by a full‑time nurse, geriatrician, and administrative team, you will engage in a role filled with consultations and reviews, offering a rewarding professional experience. Opportunities are subject to availability and may be limited or unavailable in certain locations. Why GPs Choose Us: Exceptional Earning Potential: Earn up to $2,000 per day for an 8‑hour workday. Comprehensive Clinical Support: Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and experienced admin staff. Quality Over Quantity: Manage a caseload of around 25 patients per day, focusing on delivering genuine, person‑centred care. No After‑Hours, Weekends or On‑call: Enjoy predictable days and uninterrupted evenings. Your Schedule, Your Choice: Enjoy flexibility to choose the days that suit you. Strong Career Progression: Grow your skills in a high‑demand area with clear pathways for long‑term development. Requirements: General or Specialist AHPRA registration with no conditions. Overseas applicants need not apply. Fellowship with the RACGP or ACRRM. Availability for at least 1 day per week, with potential for additional work as a result of growth. Experience with system‑based reporting and confidence in using various software packages preferred. A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this position.
